Special Topics in Viticulture and Enology: Updates in Vineyard and Winery Technology

This class will be a journal club, in which students will need to find articles first in trade journals, then in primary literature, on recent research in viticulture or enology. They will then summarize these articles to the rest of the class. This course is designed to provide the most recent information on research in viticulture and enology and discuss its relevance to and application of viticulture and enology in Ohio.

Cellar Operations Internship

Students who plan to take this course MUST contact Dr. Gee immediately to start setting up locations in which to complete internship hours.
